Shipping policy

  1. We ship via USPS Priority Mail
  2. Currently, we only ship to the 50 states in USA
  3. Please allow Up To 3 business days (M-F) to process your order.
  4. We do not process or ship during holidays and weekends.
  5. Your tracking confirmation number will be emailed to you once your label is created.
  6. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
  7. Your shipping address must be an acceptable USPS shipping address. If your address is not accepted by the USPS website, we will contact you for an alternate address. If after 3 business days from a second attempt to reach you regarding an acceptable USPS shipping address we have not heard back from you, your order will be canceled and refunded.
  8. All lighters will be shipped empty (no butane or lighter fluid)
